I miss many birthdays on here, but not Norm's or Dan's this year. Last year...not so much...
Happy Birthday brother! I hope the day was special and exciting. Here's a blast from the past, all of us wishing you a happy day!

Interlude...
Turns out my comps are on Saturday the 9th and not the 2nd like I thought. So, my time is still pretty held tight as far as the lengthy posts are concerned.
Also, I realize I have a logos (and flags) blog out here in the ether, but when I saw this, I was reminded of another long post that I back-burnered many months ago and was compelled to share here.
Everett is the name of a small town north of Seattle and south of Canada that gets around 49 inches of rain a year. It is also home to a short-season, Single-A baseball team. They're called the AquaSox.
Once a year they wear tie-dye jerseys.
Everyday they have this logo:
The frog's cap, the trident-E, is the same as their parent affiliate, the Seattle Mariner's trident-M from the 80s turned on it's side. The tongue-out, bloodshot eye look is just too awesome.
Minor league baseball, baby!
