Interesting Local Sights 1: Creative Bike Hitches

One of the strange and cool things we've noticed since moving here are interesting bike lock-up hitches. The city's put up hitches that are themed specifically for the business establishment or institution in front of which they're stationed.

Check them out. The first is a slice of pizza in front of Pizza Pi pizzeria around the corner from us:



Here's a carrot in front of Zephyr's, a vegetarian restaurant:



Almost hard to see, but a steaming cup of coffee in front of Sipology:



A dog trainer and grooming salon:

An elementary school:



Not so much in line with the other establishments, the next two are kinda neat: the biker is in many places, and I just thought the waves were cool.
